Each of these services may be done separately or as an add-on to any other service.
Sugar Scrub
Brown sugar mixed with nutrient rich avocado oil gently polishes the skin and invigorates the soul. It is the perfect preparation for the Aromatherapy Wrap. Turbinado sugar or Essential Oil blends may be added upon request.
Aromatherapy Wrap
Melted Shea Butter and Coconut Oil are applied to the skin to form a deeply moisturizing and therapeutic cocoon. Relax as your head and neck are gently massaged - particularly Ayurvedic marma points on the head and face. Inhale the pure custom blended scents of the bees wax Aromatherapy candles by Big Dipper Wax Works.
When appropriate, the blended essential oils are added to the Shea Butter
and oil to further enhance the treatment.
Shirodhara
Relax as your head and neck are gently massaged including Ayurvedic marma points on the head and face. Then continue your meditative state as warm oil is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead and through your hair for 30 to 60 minutes depending on the appointment.
According to the Ayurveda Encyclopedia, Shirodhara is "one of the most divine, relaxing therapies one can experience."
